3-4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, shredded
2 cans mushrooms, drained
2 cups sour cream
1 block colby jack cheese, shredded
2 boxes pasta, your choice. I use egg noodles or rotini.
1 diced onion
Seasoned salt , cayenne, to taste
Boil noodles and onion with a little olive oil until al dente. Drain. Add chicken, mushrooms, salt and cayenne. Mix sour cream, cheese and 1/2 cup milk together. Pour into caaserole dish. Bake until bubbly. Serve with salad. Serves approximately 8 with leftovers.
